Senior lecturer, University of Tasmania

I am senior lecturer and deputy director at the Institute for Social Change at the University of Tasmania. I am also an affiliate researcher at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy at Cambridge University, where I did my 2nd postdoc. I was previously a Fulbright Scholar at the Brookings Institution in DC, and an adjunct lecturer at the Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University (ANU).
