I am a visiting researcher at the Brookings Institution in Washington DC sponsored by the Fulbright Commission, and an adjunct lecturer in economics at the Crawford School of Public Policy at the Australian National University. My research is primarily concerned with applications of subjective well-being scholarship in public policy. I also work on the principles and politics of hybrid policies like HECS.
