Mark Pelletier is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He received his Ph.D. in Marketing from Mississippi State University, his M.B.A. in Marketing and Management from The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and his B.S.B.A. in Marketing from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His research focusing on customer service encounters, social media marketing, and experiential marketing has been published in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Services Marketing, among other outlets.
