I've written extensively about politics and law in the USA and around the world. I focus on constitutional law and democracy. I've published several books, numerous peer reviewed articles, and op-eds that have appeared in USA Today, The Washington Post and regional publications. I spent 3 years as a Dean in the UAE before returning to W&L to direct international education.
