Markus Klein is a Lecturer in the School of Education, University of Strathclyde. He received his PhD in Educational Sociology from the University of Mannheim in 2013. Between 2013 and 2015 he was employed as AQMeN (Applied Quantitative Methods Network) research fellow in the University of Edinburgh. His research interests include quantitative methods, educational inequality, education and social mobility, education policy, education systems and cross-country comparative research and child development.
