Martin M. Smith completed an undergraduate degree in psychology (BA) at Dalhousie University and a Ph.D. in Personality and Measurement at the University of Western Ontario. He is currently a Research Methods lecturer and a member of the Motivation, Performance, and Wellbeing (MPaW) research group. Since 2013, Martin has published over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles, 3 encyclopedia entries, and 3 book chapters. According to SCOPUS he is in the top five most productive perfectionism researchers over the past 5 years.
