Massimo Airoldi, PhD, is Assistant Professor at EMLYON Business School and member of the Lifestyle Research Center. As sociologist and consumer researcher, his main research interests are: social media platforms, digital research methods, big data, consumer culture, algorithms and AI. He authored and co-authored articles published in journals such as Poetics, Information, Communication & Society and International Journal of Social Research Methodology.
