Assistant professor in marketing, Université Laval

I'm an assistant professor of marketing at Laval University, faculty of Administration Sciences (FSA ULaval). I am interested in the role of affective processes (mainly emotion and empathy) in service-dominant logic. I use to work with psychophysiological methods and concepts as well as social neuroscience-based definition of emotion and empathy. My current research interests are emotions in customer engagement, empathy in automated service interactions, and psychophysiological investigations of embodied value.
