My research covers the global politics/governance of science, innovation, and technology; China’s foreign and energy policy; and theories of International Relations. My current projects are focused on digital infrastructures/AI, the Belt and Road investments and the emerging global techno-order. I work as assistant professor at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) and lead the Research Priority Group on Global Technologies and Political Order at the Global Institute for Silk Road Studies. I am working and living in China since four years.
