Md Jahir Rizvi

I am currently a Lecturer at University of Plymouth. As a Naval Architect, I have expertise on ship design, ship structure, stability, hydrodynamics and shipbuilding materials. In last fifteen years, I have worked in various industry-academia collaborative research projects on ship hydrodynamics, fatigue, failure and integrity of materials and metal and composites marine structures. I have authored and co-authored around 45 peer-reviewed international journal and conference articles. I am also a frequent reviewer for several journals and an editorial board member for International Journal of Ships and Offshore Structures and Journal of Marine Science and Engineering.
