Megan Saunders is a marine ecologist and oceanographer in the Global Change Institute at the University of Queensland. She uses field and modelling techniques to understand impacts of human activities on marine ecosystems. Her present research is focused in the impacts of sea level rise on coastal ecosystems, such as seagrass, mangroves, and coral reefs. Her research is a component of the interdisciplinary Australia Sea Level Rise Partnership.
