Assistant Research Scientist, University of Florida

Dr. Bright's multidisciplinary research focuses on early childhood health and development for vulnerable children. She is particularly interested in child maltreatment prevention and intervention strategies in prenatal care, pediatric primary care, and education settings. She earned a bachelors of science degree in psychology from the University of North Florida and then a masters degree and doctorate in psychology with a child development focus from the University of Georgia.
