Matt is a staff scientist at Geisinger Health System. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University in 2016. Matt’s research interests include the development and validation of psychological assessments, cognitive and non-cognitive ability testing, and the measurement of job attitudes.
