Michael Palanski

Michael Palanski teaches undergraduate, graduate and executive MBA classes in leadership, organizational behavior and business ethics. He also teaches leadership skills development and conducts leadership coaching in RIT’s online executive MBA program.

Palanski has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in journals such as the Academy of Management Review, The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics and Journal of Management Education, and is a noted expert on leader integrity.
