Michelle Leishman

Distinguished Professor, Head of Department, Macquarie University

Michelle Leishman leads a research lab in the Department of Biological Sciences at Macquarie University. Her primary research interests are vegetation responses to climate change, invasive species, urban greening and plant conservation. She is a Board member of Bush Heritage Australia, Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust and Council member of the Australian Flora Foundation.
