PhD student in political science , Georgia State University

Min-Yen Chiang researches the political economy of semiconductors. He is currently an OTF Fellow at Secdev Group, focusing on the development of AI chips in China. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow at the Research Institute for Democracy, Society, and Emerging Technology, where he studies semiconductor supply chains and economic security issues. Additionally, he is pursuing a PhD in political science at Georgia State University.
