Professor Ming Hsu Chen is an expert in immigration, citizenship, and the regulatory state. She has spent 15 years researching and teaching these subjects and is author of Pursuing Citizenship in the Enforcement Era (Stanford Press 2020). She is a professor at the University of Colorado and serves as Faculty-Director of the Immigration and Citizenship Law Program.
