Our research combines systems and synthetic biology-based approaches to program development of a single induced pluripotent stem cell across the developmental trajectories and towards human fetal and adult designer liver organoids. We establish human organogenesis in a dish, develop technologies to control those processes and decode principle of our tissue development and regeneration. Our vision is to advance regenerative medicine through integrating systems and synthetic biology.
