Molly Townes O'Brien

Molly Townes O’Brien is an Associate Professor at the ANU College of Law, where she teaches Evidence, Litigation and Dispute Management and Human Rights in the Australian Context. Molly has served on the law faculties of Emory University, University of Akron and University of Wollongong and is a former chair of the AALS Education Law Section and former co-chair of the Clinical and Skills Education Committee of the ABA Section on Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar. Prior to entering the academy, she worked as a judicial clerk and as a public defender.
