Morag Kobez has been a food journalist and restaurant critic for more than 10 years. She teaches in the Creative Industries Faculty at QUT. Her doctoral thesis investigated how digital disruption transformed the role of the food critic. Her current research interests include: food culture, food media, cultural criticism, digital disruption, user-generated content and restaurant reviews.
