Morgan Henderson

I am an economist at The Hilltop Institute at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where I work on issues relating to health care service utilization and costs. Some of my recent work spans predictive models of avoidable hospital events; predictive models of COVID hospitalizations; machine learning models for optimal program financing; high-cost drug risk mitigation; managed care incentives; and hospital pricing. In addition to my work at The Hilltop Institute, I am an affiliate assistant professor in the Economics Department at UMBC.
