As a psychiatrist I am interested in mental health and my current research focuses particularly on the links between using cannabis (which is common) and psychosis (which is relatively rare). In my current project funded by the Medical Research Council and The Peel Trust I am asking if there is an association what are the biological underpinnings to this for my PhD.

Ofcourse for most people who use cannabis they have a variety of experiences, many of which are pleasurable and have nothing to do with psychosis. I am interested in why people who use cannabis have differing experiences and I have setup a survey exploring this: thecannabissurvey.com
