Nadira Irdiana is a Research & Advocacy Associate at PUSKAPA. Nadira's current task is working together with BPS to develop a new national report on child marriage data. She previously worked at Yayasan Plan International Indonesia and UNICEF Indonesia to focus on promoting girls' rights and eliminating violence against children. Her work always revolves around child protection, youth participation, gender equality and inclusion issues. Nadira obtained her Master of Arts degree in International Relations (Global Governance) from University of Groningen in the Netherlands and her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in International Politics from Middlesex University in London. She actively involved in networks such as Jaringan Aksi Remaja Perempuan Indonesia (Adolescent Girls Network) and Aliansi Penghapusan Kekerasan terhadap Anak (National Alliance to end Violence against Children).
