Nadira Irdiana is a Research & Advocacy Associate (Social Inclusion and Protection) at PUSKAPA. She previously worked at Yayasan Plan International Indonesia and UNICEF Indonesia to focus on promoting girls' rights and eliminating violence against children. Her work always revolves around child protection, youth participation, gender equality and social inclusion issues. She actively involved in networks such as Jaringan Aksi Remaja Perempuan Indonesia (Adolescent Girls Network) and Aliansi Penghapusan Kekerasan terhadap Anak (National Alliance to end Violence against Children).
