Najmeh Hafezieh

Dr Najmeh Hafezieh is a Lecturer in Digital Innovation and Analytics at the department of Digital Innovation and Management (DIAM). Najmeh holds a PhD in Management from the University of Edinburgh and her main research interest is related to the dynamics of organisational digital transformation, digital work and digital innovation. In her PhD thesis, she explored how: i) the new digital technologies are remaking the organisation internally, leading to ii) the development of new roles and expertise outside Information Technology (IT) departments, and iii) recreating the organisations’ relationship with their customers.
