Senior Lecturer in English, University of Tasmania

Naomi Milthorpe is Senior Lecturer in English at the School of Humanities. Her research interests centre on modernist, interwar and mid-century British literary culture. She is the author of Evelyn Waugh's Satire: Texts and Contexts (FDUP, 2016), and the editor of a collection of essays, The Poetics and Politics of Gardening in Hard Times (Lexington, 2019). She is currently working on a scholarly edition of Waugh's Black Mischief, part of the 42-volume Complete Works of Evelyn Waugh, published by Oxford University Press.
