Dr Natalie Elms is a lecturer and researcher in the School of Accountancy at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Natalie’s research interests are in boards and directors including board composition, boardroom dynamics and director motivation. Prior to an academic career, Natalie worked internationally for over 15 years in accounting, finance and commercial management.
