Natalie Sheard

Natalie Sheard is an author and researcher in the area of algorithmic discrimination and a member of the Australian Discrimination Law Experts Group. She is currently conducting an empirical study exploring the use, operation and impact of candidate screening systems in Australia. Natalie is also an experienced social justice and public interest litigation lawyer.
