Nevbahar Ertas

Dr. Nevbahar Ertas is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her research interests include public and nonprofit management, sectoral workforce dynamics, employee motivation, public ethics, politics of public administration, and education policy. She is interested in applying public policy and management theories and methods to the questions at the intersection of politics and administration, as they relate to public opinion, public service, public servants, and public organizations.
