Nicholas Dickinson

Doctoral Researcher in Political Science, University of Exeter

I am a doctoral researcher in Politics focusing on the regulation of the salaries and expenses of members of parliament in Westminster democracies. The project aims to provide analysis and information on expenses regulation both from a scholarly standpoint and to inform ongoing debates on policy.

I completed my BA in History and Politics at Corpus Christi College, Oxford in 2013, and gained a masters (Mst.) in Modern British & European History the following year. I came to Exeter in autumn 2015 and completed a masters (MRes) in Politics before beginning my doctoral research in autumn 2016.
