Founder of AtmosCell and Consulting Expert, International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI)

Dr. David is the Founder of AtmosCell (www.atmoscell.com) and a Co - Principal Investigator with The International Food Policy Research Institute. Upon completing his doctoral degree at the Geophysics Department of Tel Aviv University (Israel), he carried out his post-doctoral work with the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, at Cornell University (New York), as well as taking positions as a Visiting Scientist at other research institutes, such as Columbia University (New York), and the University of Tokyo (Japan). Dr. David is also an Associate Editor with The Journal of Applied Meteorology and Climatology of the American Meteorological Society. His academic research was published in leading scientific journals, and was reviewed in some of the most widely circulated magazines in the world, such as Scientific American, Physics Today, Popular Science, and more. His fields of interest include weather and atmospheric physics, remote sensing, air quality and environmental monitoring.
