Nomzamo N. Dlamini

Nomzamo Dlamini is a PhD candidate from the department of Consumer and Food Sciences at the University of Pretoria. Her research interests include understanding the factors driving people's food choices as a strategy to achieve public health and sustainable food systems. She was recently a visiting student researcher at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, on a Fulbright scholarship, where she led a study on understanding people's perceptions of sustainable food packaging.
