Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, Anglia Ruskin University

Dr Nora Koslowski is Head of Department and Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the Department of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour (HROB) at Lord Ashcroft International Business School. Nora holds a BA (Hons.) in Applied Psychology and a PhD in Management from University College Cork, Ireland.

She has previously been involved in a number of commercial projects, e.g. advising companies on well-being strategies, providing team trainings, and supporting a family-owned business in devising HR strategy.

Nora has taught on various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, including resourcing and talent management; people and organisations; debates in international human resource management; organisational development and change; and training and mentoring.

Her main area of research is the work-home boundary and how it is affected by technologies such as smartphones.
