Pamela completed a Bachelor of Science (Molecular Biology and Genetics) with 1st Class Hons at USYD and received her PhD from the School of Life Sciences at UTS. Since 2019 she has worked as a Curation Scientist at various institutes in Australia and the US in the context of Precision Medicine.
