Professorial Lecturer, American University

I worked at a senior level in the US government for 13 years, including in the House of Representatives, US Senate, Interior Department, and the Clinton White House Climate Change Task Force, where I was Director of Communications. Since that time I have worked at leading NGOs and also my own company, and published dozens of essays on US and global energy and climate change policy, tax policy, and related political issues, including in the NY Times and Washington Post. I have also worked with policy leaders like Al Gore and Bill Gates. Since 2015, I have been professorial lecturer at American University's Center for Environmental Policy, where I have taught graduated class in global climate policy and given routine lecturers on climate change topics.
