Peter lives his passion for discovering and sharing useful ideas through his research, teaching, and consulting focused on the role of mindsets and other self-regulatory dynamics in motivation, employee engagement, leadership development, career success, and Agile software development.

His research appears in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, Harvard Business Review, and Organizational Dynamics. His scholarly contributions have been recognised with various prestigious research and teaching awards.
