Peter Knox is a Postdoctoral Associate in the College of Education and Social Services at the University of Vermont. His research is focused on restorative practices in schools, family-school-community partnerships, social and familial capital, rural education, and education policy. Prior to his time in Vermont, Peter conducted research and scholarship in New York State, focused on at-home and afterschool STEM learning with elementary-aged students and their families. Peter also previously worked as an administrator in the Phyllis J. Washington College of Education at the University of Montana and was actively engaged in the local non-profit sector, serving in leadership and advisory positions with after-school programs and leadership development organizations.
