Peter Richards

Peter Richards is an Adjunct Professor of Geography at George Washington University. He also serves as a Senior Economist to the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). His academic work has been funded by the National Science Foundation, the Inter-American Foundation, and the National Geographic Society.
