Professor of Comparative Employment Relations, De Montfort University

Phil Almond is Professor of Comparative Employment Relations. He researches, and has published widely, on multinationals and employment policies/practices, with a particular focus on the links between multinationals and national and regional institutions. He is currently researching the relations between multinationals and sub-national institutions. He also has published research on comparative HRM and the varieties of capitalism debate.
