Philip O'Brien

Philip O'Brien is a Lecturer in Urban Planning in the Department of Geography and Planning at the University of Liverpool, where he was previously a Research Associate. Philip’s research addresses the governance of spatial development, encompassing spatial planning and local and regional economic development, as well as the interaction of public and private sectors in property development.
