Assistant Professor, Applied Human Nutrition, Mount Saint Vincent University

Phillip is a registered dietitian within Canada and is currently an Assistant Professor in the Applied Human Nutrition Department at Mount Saint Vincent University. His research is exploring the way culture shapes eating practices and body image for gay men. He also has an interest in the use of art-based methodologies in his research. He is a co-editor of the comic book anthology, entitled 'Rainbow Reflections: Body Image Comics for Queer Men, funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
