Dr. Phoebe Stephens is an Assistant Professor in Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture in the Faculty of Agriculture at Dalhousie University. Phoebe's research explores how market dynamics impact the sustainability and resilience of our food systems and policy solutions for improved outcomes. Her work has been published in academic journals such as Agriculture and Human Values, Canadian Food Studies, and Globalizations as well as in several book chapters.
