Pınar Doğan is a Lecturer in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School.

She received a PhD in Economics and Master's degree in Mathematical Economics from University of Toulouse, France.

From 2002 to 2004, she taught at Koc University, Istanbul. She was a visiting scholar at Public Utility Research Center, Florida, and at Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications (currently Télécom ParisTech), Paris, during 2001 to 2002. She is an Associate Editor of Information Economics and Policy.

Pınar Doğan is on leave from Harvard Kennedy School for AYs 2013-2015 and visiting the School of Social Science at the Institute for Advanced Study, at Princeton, NJ.
