Kevin Bell

Professor the Hon Kevin Bell AM KC is a former justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria, president of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Appeals Tribunal, director of the Castan Centre for Human Rights Law at Monash University (where he taught International Human Rights Law and Indigenous Rights) and royal commissioner with the Yoorrook Justice Commission. He was a leading native title advocate who appeared on behalf of the Yawuru People and the Bardi Jawi People in their successful claims in the Kimberly region of Western Australia.
