Quentin Farmar-Bowers

B.Sc. (hons) agriculture, post grad diploma in Agricultural economics and MA in business studies from London, Oxford and Sheffield universities 1968 - 1971.

Since then worked in public and parliamentary services in Victoria and a consultant in environmental issues and sustainability.

Obtained a PhD from Melbourne University in 2005 "Making sustainable development ideas operational".

Worked in La Trobe University, Bendigo for almost 4 years on "decisionsystems thoery" then at Deakin University for 18 months on integrated landscape management.
