Rachel joined Curtin's Law School in 2016. She was previously in legal practice for over 12 years.
Her most recent role was a Litigation Counsel at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. She has also worked as an Assistant State Solicitor at the State Solicitor's Office of Western Australia, with a particular emphasis on civil litigation matters. She undertook a secondment to the Department of Health, Western Australia and has also worked at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, United Kingdom.
As well as her role at Curtin, Rachel is a sessional member of two State government boards.
