Research Fellow in Global Health, Boston University

Rafeya is a Research Fellow at Boston University School of Public Health, currently doing work focused around Covid-19 mortality statistics. She received her BA in Statistics and BS in Psychology from the University at Buffalo, and her MS in Applied Biostatistics from Boston University. Prior to her current position, she was a research support specialist for infant behavioral and dietary research at the University at Buffalo. She is dedicated to data powered public health equity, especially for historically disadvantaged communities and demographic groups.
