Randy Boswell

I'm a professor of Journalism at Carleton University (2012-present as full-time faculty, 1995-2012 as a contract instructor), a former Ottawa Citizen writer and editor (1990-2003) and national reporter with Postmedia News (Ottawa-based news service, 2003-2013), editor of Canadian Issues/Thèmes Canadiens, a semi-annual volume of essays about Canadian history and society published by the Montreal-based Association for Canadian Studies. Peer-reviewed work published by academic journals Histoire Sociale/Social History, Canadian Journal of Archaeology and The Canadian Field-Naturalist, op-ed articles previously published by the Ottawa Citizen, iPolitics and Globe and Mail.
