Raquel Partelli Feltrin

Raquel is current a postdoctoral scholar in the department of Botany at University of British Columbia, Canada. Her research focused on the effects of fire on water transport and carbohydrates in small conifer saplings during her Ph.D at University of Idaho, USA . As a post-doctorate, her research is focused on how trees respond to fire. She uses fire behavior models and fire effects models, to better understand the magnitude of the fire-induced injury in trees under different fire behavior scenarios.
