Dr Rebecca Jarvis is Lecturer and Research Fellow in Interdisciplinary Conservation Science at Auckland University of Technology. Rebecca has over ten years experience working in academia and conservation NGOs in New Zealand, Australia, Madagascar, Europe, the Pacific, and Antarctica. Her research interests include conservation, sustainable development, social science, the human dimensions of effective and inclusive conservation, equity, social justice, knowledge exchange, and developing new tools and approaches to help us better navigate the spaces between knowledge, policy, and action to deliver solutions on the ground.
