Rebecca Ray

Dr. Ray studies the intersection of international economic policy, human well-being, and sustainability. She earned a PhD in economics in 2018 and an MA in International Development from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University in 2008. Prior to her career in academia, she worked in policy, at the Center for Economic and Policy Research and the Economic Policy Institute.
