Rebecca Renkas has been working and volunteering in the women’s health sphere for the past 13 years. She started as a counselor at the Women’s Health Clinic in Winnipeg and went on to work as a research assistant in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Manitoba while completing her Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology. She graduated with her medical degree from the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences in 2012. While completing her residency in family medicine, she served as Co-President of the Professional Association of Residents and Interns of Manitoba and as a Board Member of Doctors Manitoba. She has devoted a large part of her practice to menopause medicine since 2016.
